Overview

The Thai Hoa – Lien Son – Lien Hoa Industrial Park, also known as Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park, was developed in accordance with the planning outlined in Official Document No. 1581/TTg-KTN, dated September 3, 2009, which was approved by the Prime Minister. This industrial park has become a significant investment location in Vinh Phuc province (now Phu Tho province) and serves as an ideal venue for both domestic and foreign investors.

Total Planned Area:

600 hectares, divided into two strategic zones.

Prime Location:

Excellent transportation connectivity via (National Highway 2B and the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway)

Modern Infrastructure:

Synchronized and internationally compliant, with a vision for sustainable development and a commitment to maximum support from the investor.

Main Investor:

Amane Investment Joint Stock Company, in accordance with Decision No. 283/QĐ-TTg by the Prime Minister, which approved the investment and construction project for infrastructure development in Zone II - Phase 1.
