Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park commits to sustainable development through five strategic pillars, aiming to become a green, modern industrial park in Northern Vietnam, aligning with Vietnam’s carbon neutrality goal by 2050.


Green Energy – The Driving Force for Sustainability
- Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park focuses on attracting businesses in renewable energy, particularly in solar power generation, to support Vietnam’s goal of transitioning to green energy. Our objective is to create an environmentally friendly production environment, reduce carbon emissions, and ensure a clean, stable energy source for industrial activities.
- The industrial park promotes the installation of solar power systems on factory roofs and the development of small-scale solar projects within the park. This initiative effectively utilizes space for generating renewable energy. Stavian Vinh Phuc is dedicated to assisting businesses throughout the implementation process, providing technical advice and connecting them with partners. Together, we aim to build a green, smart, and sustainable industrial ecosystem.


Sustainable Water Management – Protecting Resources for the Future
- Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park has invested in a modern centralized wastewater treatment system with a total capacity of up to 8,600 cubic meters per day and night. This system ensures that the treated wastewater meets environmental standards before being discharged. Additionally, the treated wastewater is effectively reused for activities such as watering plants, cleaning internal roads, and other non-production purposes.
- We are dedicated to managing and utilizing water resources sustainably, promoting environmental protection, and safeguarding valuable local water supplies. This commitment is integral to the green development strategy and community responsibility that Stavian Vinh Phuc consistently upholds.

- Stavian Vinh Phuc Industrial Park is focused on development based on the circular economy model. We promote industries such as scrap recycling, pollution treatment, and waste management.
